For over 30 years, Michaela Keet has worked at the intersection of law, teaching, and dispute resolution — as a labour and employment lawyer, a mediator with Saskatchewan Labour and Saskatchewan Justice, and a Professor at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law. That dual life in the classroom and at the bargaining table has shaped a practice built on rigor and practicality: she is regularly retained for arbitrations, med/arbs, reclassifications, and complex labour mediations, bringing the same evidence-based approach to risk and negotiation that she teaches to lawyers and judges across Canada. The result is a third-party neutral practice grounded not just in experience, but in a deep, ongoing study of what actually helps people reach fair, lasting resolutions.
